These Terms govern your use of menustaged.com and the MenuStaged service ("MenuStaged", "we", "us"), operated by Outliers Lab LLC, a Wyoming, USA limited liability company, registered at 30 N Gould St STE N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

The service

MenuStaged re-shoots the food photos you provide into professional, platform-ready images. We may change the angle, lighting, composition and background, but we keep the dish faithful to what you sent. We do not invent or alter the food itself. A person reviews each delivered image. Typical turnaround is within 24 hours.

Your content

You confirm that you own, or have the right to use, the photos and materials you send us. You grant us a limited licence to process those photos solely to produce and deliver your order. We will not publish or use your images publicly (for example, as marketing examples) without your permission.

Orders, pricing & payment

Plans and prices are shown on the site in USD; your local currency and applicable taxes may be presented at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your full card details. The free trial covers a limited number of dishes at no cost and requires no card.

Revisions & refunds

If you don't love a delivered image, we will redo it at no extra charge. If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you on a revision or a fair resolution.

Acceptable use

You agree to submit only photos of real dishes you are entitled to use, and not to use the service for unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes & contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; the latest version will always be posted here. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
