This policy explains what MenuStaged ("we", "us"), operated by Outliers Lab LLC, a Wyoming, USA limited liability company registered at 30 N Gould St STE N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, collects and how we use it when you use menustaged.com or our service.

What we collect

• The photos you send us: the dish images you submit for re-shooting.
• Contact details: your WhatsApp number and/or email, so we can deliver your order and reply.
• Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment but never store your full card details.
• Website event logs: basic first-party events such as upload intent, checkout clicks, WhatsApp clicks, ref tags, page path, and timestamp.

How we use it

We use your photos solely to produce and deliver your order, and your contact details to communicate about it. To re-shoot images we use third-party AI image tools as processors. We do not sell your data, and we do not publish your images publicly without your permission.

Who we share with

Only the providers needed to run the service, for example Stripe (payments) and our image-processing tools, and only as required to deliver your order or comply with the law.

Cookies & the website

The site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. We record sparse first-party event logs to understand whether the preview and checkout flow are working; these logs do not use cookies, do not store IP addresses, and are not sold. We load web fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of serving those fonts.

Retention & your rights

We keep order materials only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can request access to, or deletion of, your data at any time by emailing [email protected].
